Spinach Lasagna Rolls

On Thursday night I made Spinach Lasagna Rolls for the second time. Another fabulous recipe from Gina over at Skinny Taste

These rolls are delicious and filling. I am a sauce lover so I added more sauce to mine which didn't change the caloric count too much. I used the Light Ragu again! Mmmmmm! I also only filled 6-7 lasagna rolls using the 1/3 measurement she suggests. Feeds the family plus I get a yummy lunch the next day. One roll is definitely enough unless your Michael and can eat 3:) I do not suggest using the wheat lasagna rolls.........blah! They are gross and totally not worth it. I LOVE wheat pasta normally, but for some reason the lasagna noodles were icky. This time I used regular noodles and it was a HUGE improvement! I think that I might add a little ground turkey to the mix next time.

If you make any of these recipes be sure to let me know if the comments. Would love to hear your thoughts!

  1. Another pasta meal that is good with spinach is stuffed shells. I haven't done the calorie count on them yet but it has spinach ricotta cheese, mozz cheese, and parm. I'm sure with all the cheese it is loaded with calories but this dish made me think of it.
